I am the President, CEO, and Creative Director of Endless Flair Events, an award-winning, Boston-based immersive event design firm. I founded Endless Flair with one conviction: design should do more than decorate a space. It should create presence, honor purpose, and move people.
Clients come to Endless Flair when the moment carries weight. Whether it is a corporate gathering, public-facing experience, milestone celebration, or intimate dinner, I translate vision into layered, story-driven environments that make people feel seen, connected, and fully part of what is happening.
My work has been trusted by organizations and leaders including Harvard University, Sanofi, Advent International, the City of Boston, the NAACP, the U.S. Embassy, and distinguished private clients to name a few. I bring both creative vision and the discipline to lead every layer of the design experience, from the first concept to the final installation, with intention, excellence, and care.
Beyond my work as a designer, I am a TEDx speaker, mentor, arts advocate, and advocate for neurodiversity. Named among Get Konnected!’s 50 Most Influential People of Color in Hospitality & Tourism and recognized with a Creative Visionary Citation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I use my platform to champion creativity, pour into emerging entrepreneurs, and create greater space for people whose minds and gifts may not fit inside traditional boxes.
